How do I sign in?
Go to app.hiriso.com and enter your email. You'll receive a 6-digit code — enter it to sign in. No password required. You can also set up a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, or security key) after your first sign-in for faster access.
How do I start a live interview session?
From your dashboard, click 'Start Interview'. Select the candidate and position, then choose your recording device. If you have the Mac app installed and running, select 'Mac' — the browser will auto-pair with it. You can also record directly in the browser.
How do I add candidates and positions?
Use the Candidates and Positions pages from the sidebar. You can add entries manually or upload a resume / job description file — the AI will extract and prefill the details automatically.
Where do I find my interview history and reports?
Go to the Interviews page in the sidebar. Click any interview to open the full report with AI summary, competency scores, Q&A breakdown, and transcript.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Cloudflare infrastructure. Your interview data is never used to train AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy.
